The University's degree programs include:

The Associate/Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics degree program, which is designed specifically for students who work, have worked, or desire to work in aviation related careers. For students with existing aviation related knowledge and skills, the program recognizes those skills through award of advanced standing prior-learning credit.

In the Associate/Bachelor of Science in Aviation Maintenance, offers experienced maintenance technicians an opportunity to broaden their knowledge of aviation maintenance while gaining a solid foundation in the principles of management and communication. In addition, students will specialize in one of two maintenance functions; Management or Safety. The program is geared towards aviation and aerospace, its curriculum prepares graduates for success with companies in any industry.

The Master of Aeronautical Science degree enables aviation/aerospace professionals to master the application of concepts, methods, and tools used in the development, manufacture, and operation of aircraft and spacecraft, as well as the public and business infrastructure that support them. Specializations are available in Aviation/Aerospace Management, Operations, Human Factors and Safety. Although aviation experience is useful, pilot qualifications are not required.

The Master of Business Administration in Aviation degree is designed to emphasize the application of modern management concepts, methods, and tools to the challenges of aviation and business. The special intricacies of aviation are woven into a strong, traditional business foundation by combining a specific core of distinct business competencies with a strong aviation foundation. The demand for skilled professionals continue to grow in response to the increasing need for leaders who can manage the efficient and effective use of scarce resources; operate in an atmosphere of heightened national and international competition; and respond to the call to preserve our world's fragile eco-system - and the MBAA curriculum is oriented towards the needs of aviation leaders and decision-makers who can operate in this environment.
