Schiller International University offers a wide range of accredited full-time and part-time American two-year and four-year residential programs leading to Associate, Bachelor's and Master's degrees.

Founded 1964, Schiller International University is one of the most-experienced institutions offering American higher education programs in Europe. SIU has 8 campuses in 6 countries: Dunedin, Florida; London, England; Heidelberg, Germany; Paris and Strasbourg, France; Madrid, Spain and at Engelberg and at the American College of Switzerland in Leysin.

Students come from the U.S. and more than 100 other countries.

Students can transfer easily between campuses during their study programs without losing credits. Courses are based on the American system of education and the language of instruction at all campuses is English.

SIU Heidelberg Campus offers the Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business with optional concentrations in Management, Marketing, and Management of Information Technology. SIU offers other Bachelor degree programs in International Relations and Diplomacy, International Economics, and Interdepartmental Studies.

SIU Heidelberg scores 3rd place in MBA-Ranking

In a recent survey of 103 MBA programs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Schiller International University Heidelberg scored a 3rd place. The study* had examined the institutions regarding the information content of materials provided to potential students, quality of internet presence, and customer service extended during telephone inquiries. Several institutions received insufficient marks. The 3rd rank achieved by SIU Heidelberg shows a clear commitment of this university to customer service.

The Graduate Programs in Heidelberg prepare for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business or Management of Information Technology and the Master of International Management (MIM) degree. These 15 course programs may be completed in 11 months of full-time study. The Executive Program takes place only during week-ends, leading to the degree in 2 years. Four different MBA programs are available as On-line Distance Learning programs through SIU's Main Campus in Florida. This includes the MBA in International Business, as well as MBA programs with concentrations in either IT Management, Financial Planning, or International Tourism and Hotel Management.

SIU participates in the Veterans Training Program and a variety of other U.S. federal Title IV financial aid programs and private loans schemes. In addition institutional scholarships and grants are available for students who qualify.
